Candidates are expected to have experience working in Level II trauma or above, with the capability to lead teamwork efforts in a fast-paced ER setting. Additional considerations include handling trauma patients depending on experience, and working within a team that emphasizes seniority-based tasks and responsibilities. The facility operates 24/7 with dedicated in-house hospitalist and intensivist care, as well as constant availability of pharmacy and respiratory therapy. Shift flexibility, orientation processes, and scheduling are structured to support efficient team functions. Certification in emergency nursing and trauma are preferred but not mandatory.
