Job Details Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience; minimum of 2 years of Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience.

Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Additional Information: On-call coverage is required. Weekend participation includes four weekend shifts per schedule. The unit supports patient assignments ranging from 1:1 to 4:1 and utilizes incubators, ventilators, feeding pumps, intravenous pumps, and breast pumps. Teamwork, a positive attitude, and adaptability are highly valued. Navy scrubs are required.
