Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Maryville, Tennessee.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Details This position requires working night shifts of 3x12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:30. Floating to other similar units may be necessary based on patient care needs. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, subject to change depending on the unit's requirements. Patient Population The unit caters to patients with the following diagnoses: Higher oxygen demands Dialysis patients Atrial fibrillation Post cardiac catheterization Special Procedures This unit provides step-down care from ICU, handling patients who do not require ventilatory support or pressor medications.

The following drips can be managed: Heparin Cardizem Amiodarone Sotalol initiation Telemetry monitoring is also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications Preferred candidates must possess the following certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) Tennessee RN License Applicants should have at least one year of experience with EPIC.
