Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a general internal medicine/telemetry unit. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Shifts Day Shift: 3x12-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)

Night Shift: 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30) Rotation includes every other weekend and holidays as needed Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general internal medicine/telemetry unit. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.

Qualifications Must possess a current Wisconsin RN or compact RN license. Minimum of two years' acute care experience within the last three years is required.

Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is necessary. BLS certification is required (American Heart Association only). Traveler must pass a telemetry test before the start of the assignment.
