The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Position Details Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts: Night shifts (3x12-hour) from 19:00 to 07:00 Weekends required; scheduled days will vary based on staffing needs Must be available to work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays 36 or 48 hours per week Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed Time off: Up to 40 hours maximum can be approved Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience required At least 1 year of experience in a Level 1 emergency department or 2 years in a Level 2 emergency department, with pediatric experience ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required TNCC required; can submit with TNCC pending, but must have certification before start date Virginia nursing license pending submission is acceptable Responsibilities The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for: Assessing, monitoring, and providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and care If you are a passionate ER RN looking to make a significant impact in patient care, we encourage you to apply and join our dedicated team!
