Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN (Registered Nurse) | RN-OR | Illinois Assignment Overview We are seeking a skilled RN for the OR - Surgery General unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in general, gynecology, and urology surgery, with the ability to work in a fast-paced acute care setting. Candidates must be adept with EPIC and comfortable with a range of surgical procedures.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Acute Shift Details: Shifts are 10-hour days with call; specific shifts include 7-17:30 or 12:30-23:00 Call Requirements: Weekly call, every other or every third weekend Floating Requirements: Possible to other surgery teams or SPD if qualified Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3240 (negotiable)

Charting System: EPIC Start Date: 8/4/2025 Number of Suites: 14 for general surgery, 28 total Average Number of Cases per day: 20-40 for general surgery Responsibilities Coordinate and manage patient care in the operating room Work with surgical technologists during procedures Assist in a variety of surgical cases including lap chole, lap colon, and DaVinci robotic cases Qualifications Required: Active IL RN license or in process BLS (AHA) certification 2 years of experience in general, gynecology, and urology surgeries Experience with EPIC Preferred: Experience in similar facilities and ORs within the last 2 years PEL/VIP Job ID 66080675.
