Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Franklin, Indiana.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Operating Room position in an acute care setting. The role supports approximately 18 cases per day, with volumes reaching up to 35 cases on busier days.

Responsibilities include scheduled daytime coverage, call participation, and moderate sedation procedures.

Job Details Schedule: Day shifts of approximately 10 hours, 40 hours per week; typical hours are 7:30 a.m.6:00 p.m., with Tuesdays off.

Required Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), moderate sedation training, an active professional license, and a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Additional Information: Call coverage is required, including one weekday every other week. Weekend call rotates approximately every fifth weekend. Approximately 89 call shifts may be scheduled during a 3-month period. Average daily volume is approximately 18 cases, with up to 35 cases on busier days. The assignment may include cancellation of up to two shifts during the 13-week assignment.
