Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/14/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse specializing in Open Heart and Vascular Surgery in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position supports cardiovascular operating room procedures through circulating responsibilities in a collaborative surgical environment. The schedule consists of weekday day shifts with required call coverage.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; at least 2 years of experience; knowledge of circulating in an operating room.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both circulating and scrubbing; team-oriented approach, critical-thinking skills, and a positive attitude.

Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Call Requirements: Two weekend days per month for 24-hour call coverage and five weekday call periods, including one Friday call beginning at the end of the shift at 4:30 p.m.

Additional Information: The role supports heart and vascular surgical procedures in an operating room setting and may involve working across three operating rooms, with a fourth room used as needed.
