Details ICU setting within a hospital acute care unit Night shift schedule, 7:00pm-7:30am, three 12-hour shifts per week Rotational weekend and holiday coverage required May float to other area hospital locations within the health system Uses Epic EMR for charting Requirements Active Illinois RN license in good standing required (temporary license accepted) BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required Minimum of three years of relevant nursing experience required ASN required; BSN preferred Epic charting experience required Additional Information Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation Maintains accurate and timely documentation of nursing care Reports and corrects patient and employee safety hazards Collaborates with the healthcare team and participates in peer feedback and professional development Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible RTO may not exceed 7 total days per 13-week contract Contingent workers may not be on assignment longer than 1 year without a 6-month break in service before returning to this health system American Traveler Job ID P-762516.
