Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Billings, Montana.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Telemetry. The Registered Nurse performs independent and delegated nursing functions, assesses patient needs, develops and evaluates care plans, and provides direct patient care, education, and counseling. The role supports an observation unit that functions similarly to an inpatient unit and may involve collaboration, referrals, documentation, and monitoring of treatment plans.

Job Details Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

Assignment Period: 11/16/202602/13/2027.

Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice; Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree; certifications appropriate for the unit or service.

Additional Information: Responsibilities include assessing health status, implementing and evaluating nursing care, providing supportive and restorative therapy, executing delegated medical functions, referring patients for further evaluation or treatment, documenting care in accordance with regulatory guidelines, and using available resources. The role may require floating to other departments within the scope of competency and qualifications and may include on-call availability during a regularly scheduled shift.
