Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Attendance Policy: The facility has an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without medical documentation or reasonable explanation subject to facility discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.
