Job Details Specialty: ICU / Medical-Surgical ICU Employment Type: Travel Nursing Location: Tyler, Texas 75701 Start Date: 10/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Hours Per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,620 - $1,700 Charting System: Epic Patient Ratio: 1:2 Weekend Coverage: Required Orientation: 12 hours Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in hand at the time of submittal Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred Travel nursing experience preferred Experience with Epic charting required Current ACLS and BLS certifications required NIHSS and PALS certifications preferred Ability to work night shifts and provide care for adult and geriatric patients Strong critical care skills with confidence managing complex, high-acuity patients Responsibilities Deliver safe, compassionate care to ICU patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced critical care support Administer treatments, medications, and interventions according to ICU standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Perform assessments, document care accurately, and respond to changes in patient condition Support patients with ventilator management, CRRT, arterial lines, and other critical care needs as assigned Maintain a patient-centered approach while adapting to a fast-paced clinical environment Float as needed based on scheduling requirements Apply now to join this Travel ICU Registered Nurse opportunity in Tyler, Texas and take the next step in your critical care nursing career.
