Details 10-bed ICU setting within a community hospital Cares for critically ill adult patients including medical emergencies, post-surgical care, respiratory failure, and sepsis Occasionally manages pediatric patients requiring stabilization before transfer Manages acute stroke patients via telestroke/neurology services as part of a Primary Stroke Center 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM 36 hours per week with every third weekend required No floating or charge responsibilities required Requirements Active RN license (NH or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA) Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required Epic EMR experience required Additional Information Provide critical care nursing to a diverse adult ICU patient population with occasional pediatric and stroke cases Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible unless accepted as a local candidate Accepts local candidates Returning employees to any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility must have a 6-month break before returning Required vaccines include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed Pass/Fail Tele/ECG and Medication testing may apply depending on campus American Traveler Job ID P-762481.
