Responsibilities Prioritize Start of Care (SOC) visits. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs). Submit next-day reports for all SOC visits.

Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of each visit. Maintain timely communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff. Remain responsive during normal business hours.

Requirements Active California Occupational Therapy License. Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience preferred. Ability to manage a home health caseload independently.
