Travel Nursing Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750–$1,840 Assignment Type: 13-week travel nursing contract Start Date: November 23, 2026 End Date: February 22, 2027 Location: On-site in Laurens, South Carolina Schedule: Night shifts, typically 3x12 or 4x12 Shift Duration: 12-hour nights, approximately 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Hours: Assignment listed at 36 hours per week Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend, subject to unit needs Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients Unit Profile: Cardiac telemetry and progressive care unit with approximately 20 beds Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:5 on days Floating: Required to comparable units or other locations based on staffing needs and demonstrated competencies Cardiac Telemetry RN Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina At least 1 year of recent experience in cardiac telemetry, progressive care, or a closely related specialty; 2 years preferred At least 1 year of experience using Epic electronic medical record systems Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications Demonstrated competency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and cardiac rhythm management Ability to provide skilled nursing care to medically complex adult and geriatric patients Comfort working night shifts, providing weekend coverage, and floating to qualified units as needed Current influenza vaccination is required Travel RN Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac, multisystem, and potentially life-threatening conditions Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient condition, and initiate appropriate interventions Administer and monitor vasoactive, antiarrhythmic, anticoagulant, and thrombolytic therapies according to established protocols Perform and interpret 12-lead EKGs and maintain continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring Provide care for patients with conditions including sepsis, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and coronary artery disease Support procedures and interventions such as defibrillation, cardioversion, and thoracentesis within scope of practice Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, physical therapy, social services, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in Epic Float to other appropriate units or locations when requested while practicing within verified competencies Apply now for this Cardiac Telemetry RN travel nursing opportunity in Laurens, South Carolina, and bring your expertise to a progressive care team.
