Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in San Diego, California.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical With Telemetry. This position provides nursing care for medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring and basic arrhythmia recognition. The assignment is scheduled for night shifts with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; active Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); basic arrhythmia recognition skills; 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field.

Additional Information: Assignment dates are 11/16/2026 through 02/14/2027.
