Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Canton, South Dakota.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Long Term Care (LTC) position in a post-acute care setting. The role supports residents with a mix of memory care, dementia, and orthopedic needs while providing safe, compassionate clinical care. The assignment includes rotating day and evening shifts, alternating weekend and holiday coverage, and a 13-week duration.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; active professional license required for submission; minimum of two years of experience.

Schedule: Rotating schedule with primarily 8-hour day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and evening shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with some 12-hour shifts; alternating weekend and holiday coverage; minimum of 40 hours per week.

Assignment Details: 13-week assignment in a post-acute care setting.

Additional Information: Patient population includes long-term care residents with memory care, dementia, and orthopedic needs. Orientation includes building procedures and lift training.
