Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2335.12 Opportunity: Med Surg RN Job Details: • Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Patient ratio of 1:6 • Every other weekend required • No on-call required • Holiday coverage required including Thanksgiving OR Christmas/Christmas Eve based on unit need, plus other recognized holidays as needed • Floating within scope to meet facility needs between like units may be required • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • 2 years of Med Surg experience required • First-time travelers accepted • South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • IV start skills required • Telemetry and management of cardiac drip experience preferred • Scrub color: Royal Blue • Charting system: Epic • Free parking available in any unrestricted space • Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams, with peak activity in August and September • Patient population includes adults and geriatrics • General Med/Surg unit with 54 beds Facility: This acute care hospital operates a 119-bed facility providing comprehensive inpatient medical and surgical services to the community. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and supports a dedicated Med/Surg unit with 54 beds serving adult and geriatric patient populations.
