Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Telemetry. This position provides care for patients in a high-acuity neuroscience, neurology, and telemetry setting, including post-surgical neurology patients and those with varied neurological diagnoses. The role requires telemetry expertise, comfort with neurological assessments, and willingness to develop additional neurological care skills.

Job Details Required Qualifications: At least one year of telemetry experience; active compact nursing license in hand at submission; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; experience with required electronic charting; proficiency with Epic; competency in telemetry, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, craniotomy care, Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA) care, neuro stepdown care, pre- and post-neurosurgery care, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, spinal cord injury care, and traumatic brain injury care.

Schedule: Night shifts consisting of 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; weekends required every other weekend.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: The position supports a designated stroke unit and neuroscience-focused patient population. The expected patient ratio is 1:5. Willingness to learn and provide care in a heavy neurological setting is required.
