Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Duration: 9 weeks 34.5 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Title: RN - Med Surg - Contract - MSW Location: Mount Sinai West Contract Length: 3x12 Schedule with every other weekend & holidays required Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others.

Responsibilities include delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring quality and safety in all aspects of care.

Required Qualifications: Active NYS RN License BLS certification Minimum 2 years of RN experience 2 years of Med/Surg experience 1 year of travel experience for travel positions (not required for per diem positions)
