The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive rehabilitative services in rural health clinic and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities include skilled evaluations, individualized treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient and family education to support recovery and functional independence.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Current Wisconsin-licensed Physical Therapist; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Schedule: Day shifts, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Clinic hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., depending on patient and operational needs.

Additional Information: Provides evidence-based rehabilitative care, performs skilled evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and educates patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home-based programs.
