Job Title: RN - PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Location: Oklahoma Contract Length: Full-time Job Summary: Under general supervision, the RN PACU provides nursing care in a hospital setting to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. The role involves delivering competent patient care, monitoring physiological data, administering prescribed medications, and collaborating with physicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN PACU also interacts with patients and families to share care plans and provide information about hospital procedures.

Required Qualifications: 1 year of nursing experience. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors. Basic computer skills.

Required Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing from a Board Approved Program.

Required Certifications & Licensure: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association. ACLS certification (American Heart Association). PALS certification (American Heart Association).
