Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical With Telemetry. Provides acute care nursing services for patients with orthopedic trauma, vascular, urological, neurological, spine, oncology, and medical conditions. The role includes telemetry-supported care, prescribed medication titration, respiratory support, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience.

Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; every other weekend and holiday required.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Provides care for orthopedic trauma, vascular, urological, neurological and spine, oncology, and acute medical patients.

Responsibilities may include managing prescribed heparin infusions and occasional nitroglycerin, bivalirudin, diltiazem, or insulin infusions; continuous telemetry monitoring is supported by telemetry technicians. Respiratory support includes continuous positive airway pressure, bilevel positive airway pressure, and high-flow oxygen therapy; ventilator management is not required. Nursing assistants and respiratory therapy support are available.

Orientation includes computer training and precepted floor orientation. Clean, professional scrubs of any color are permitted.
