Setting: Outpatient, ~20% Assisted Living visits Shift: 5x8 Days, 8 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri Contract: 8 weeks GT: 40 hrs/week | Charting: WellSky/OASIS | Daily call: 8:15 AM required Requirements: 1 year recent RN 6 months recent Home Health RN; Private Duty not accepted; BLS & First Aid (AHA/ARC); weekends/holidays may be required for patient needs with supervisor approval; clean/professional scrubs closed-toe shoes.
