Details Work in a 15-bed Pediatric ICU within a Level II Trauma children's hospital Unit staffed with Intensivists, RNs, RT, Case Management, and Dietary support during day shifts; Intensivists, RNs, and RT at night Patient ratio of 2:1 Uses general cardiac/respiratory monitoring equipment EMR: Meditech / CPN Night shift schedule from 7P to 7A 13-week assignment length Requirements Active KS or compact RN license required BLS and PALS certifications required Minimum 1 year of current hospital PICU RN experience required CRRT experience preferred APHON certification preferred Pediatric teaching hospital experience preferred Performs IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements Must provide US SSN and DOB for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted) No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Fast-paced teaching hospital environment requiring strong performance under pressure Strong patient care focus is a priority for candidates Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered; no local candidates accepted American Traveler Job ID P-737243.
