Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Physical Therapist Outpatient, Washington Township, North Carolina. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and return to community activities. The role provides patient education, clinical documentation, care coordination, and discipline-specific therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Job Details Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with two evenings extending until 7:00 PM.

Assignment: 13-week assignment beginning 11/16/2026.

Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification; active and applicable license for the state where services are performed.

Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive patient evaluations; develop treatment plans and functional goals; provide therapy services; document care accurately and timely; ensure treatment is provided under valid physician orders and applicable approvals; educate patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student supervision and professional development; maintain compliance with applicable practice acts, regulatory requirements, professional standards, and safety procedures.
