Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Sioux City, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week available Contract: 9 weeks Orientation Dates: November 9, November 23, or December 7 EMR: Epic Patient Population: General Med-Surg/Telemetry and post-operative patients.

Patient Cases: Prostatectomy, mastectomy, abdominal surgeries, thyroidectomy, etc.

Drips: Heparin Floating: May float to other Med-Surg/Tele units across local campuses.

Weekend: Every other weekend.

Dress Code: Navy Blue.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg/Tele experience. Previous Epic experience required. Active Iowa or Compact RN license. BLS certification. NIHSS certification. First-time travelers accepted. One supervisory reference completed within the last 2 years.
