Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – MedSurg | WV Mon Health Medical Center Shift: Days, 7 AM–7 PM (3x12 or 4x12)

Start: ASAP | Contract: 13 weeks | Extension possible Experience: 2 years | Ratio: 1:5–7 EMR: Cerner Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS License: WV/Compact (pending accepted)

Weekend: 3 shifts per 4-week schedule Radius: 100 miles required; 75–100 miles case-by-case Requirements: One PDF with profile/work history, skills checklist, RN license verification, certification copies, and 2 Manager/Charge references from the past 2 years. SSN, DOB, and RTO required at submission. Full file due Thursday noon before start. Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
