Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Sioux City, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes their professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

Shift Details Days: 3x12 or 4x12 Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend On Call Requirements: No call Job Responsibilities Provide and manage patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting. Assist in the treatment of various patient types including Neuro and Ortho. Float to other Med Surg areas as needed.

Unit Details Patient Ratio: 6:1 Scrub Color: Navy Blue Holiday Requirements The traveler will be required to work two of the three winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. A limit of one day off request will be accepted between November 25-29 and December 23-27.

Qualifications Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry.

Experience with Heparin is required. First-time travelers are welcomed to apply. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local locations.

Credentialing Requirements Active Iowa or compact nursing license. Current BLS certification (AHA preferred). Active NIHSS certification.

Work history documentation.

Skills checklist specific to Med Surg/Telemetry. One supervisory reference form completed within the last two years. Driver's license verification.
