Provides coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises assigned nursing staff, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and applies critical thinking and independent judgment to promote safe, effective patient outcomes.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.

Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient progress, coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members.
