Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Shift & Schedule Rotating day and night shifts: Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts Shift preference may be considered, but the facility can rotate shifts based on operational needs.

Weekends and holidays: Must work at least every other holiday.

Floating: May float to J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population.

Call requirements: Not specified.

Requirements Minimum 1 year of permanent employment experience in the specialty applying for. Permanent Ohio RN license or compact/multistate license in hand at submission . Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required at submission.

One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for. Reference must be from an assignment within the past 12 months. Coworker references are not accepted.

Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate. Submission Requirements Completed Qualivis cover sheet. All requested time off (RTO), start date, and shift preferences must be confirmed and included at submission.

Only one job application at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Required certifications and license must be active and available; pending credentials are not accepted. No open background cases or license hits accepted.

Former permanent or per diem Cleveland Clinic employees must wait one year after their previous end date before returning.
