Details Work in a high-volume Emergency Department-Trauma unit High volume of behavioral health patients Uses Cerner EMR 13-week assignment with night shift schedule, 19:00-07:30 Requirements Active RN license (KS or compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA required) Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start Additional Information Provide direct nursing care and coordinate care across disciplines within the ED Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress environment CPI/MOAB de-escalation training online and on-site portions may be required, with on-site completed during orientation Candidates must reside within the facility's radius requirement to qualify for the travel pay rate; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate American Traveler Job ID P-760421.
