Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2158.00 Opportunity: Med Surg Job Details: • 3x12 rotating days and nights shift schedule • Every other weekend required • Patient ratio of 1:6 • Patients include adults and geriatric populations • Unit specializes in orthopedic, neurosurgery, general surgery, and urology cases • Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required • First-time travelers accepted • Active PA or Multi State/Compact RN license required • BLS certification required (AHA only) • Cerner charting system experience preferred • Required skills include nasal cannula, oxygen administration, and oxygen tanks • Preferred skills include Med Surg and Telemetry experience • Scrub color: Navy Blue • No floating required between units or sister facilities • Self-scheduling unit • Locals not accepted - must reside more than 50 miles from facility • All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission Facility: This facility is a community hospital offering comprehensive medical-surgical care with a 12-bed unit serving adult and geriatric patients. The unit supports a wide range of specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, and urology. The facility provides robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and more.
