Join Our Team as a BMT/ONC Registered Nurse Job Description: - Position: RN BMT/ONC - Unit: BMT Unit (10000210) - Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Schedule: Various Days of Week Key Responsibilities: - Care for patients with blood cancers undergoing chemotherapy, biotherapies, and cellular therapies. - Float between the BMT/Onc unit and CTU units as needed. - Work with nurse-to-patient ratios of 3-4:1, with potential for flexing based on staffing needs. - Collaborate with a dynamic team in a 51-bed unit dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of acute care BMT/Heme experience required; 1.5 years considered for the right candidate. - Chemotherapy administration experience essential. - AHA BLS certification required. - CO or Compact RN License must be current. - ONC certification required or willingness to obtain. - Comfortable working in a flexible staffing environment. Special Requirements: - Experience in caring for patients receiving stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy. - Ability to adapt and float to sister facilities within the metro region based on facility needs.
