TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Blue Hill, Maine.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours Employment Type: Travel MGR INTERVIEW 1 year minimum, must be outpatient experience Will you accept a first-time traveler?

Yes Technology/Equipment: EMR: Cerner Power Chart Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Mostly adults, school aged children (non-pediatric development dx.) Post-ortho, post-spinal surgeries, geriatrics, work injuries, neurological imbalance. Serving a rural community, so could be anything general requiring PT. 60-minute bookings for evaluations and treatments. Practice single patient care.

Skills required: Experience with above patients Manual therapy, exercise science, providing education to patients, providing education on adaptive equipment like walkers/canes/crutches, etc. Remainder of 1st week to 1.5 weeks will be orienting. Will be partnered with staff member and increase patient load as the week continues Scheduling: Weekend rotation: No On call?

No Holiday Expectations: Closed on major holidays, could work 50% of minor holidays Approval of RTO: to go through manager Shift times: Monday – Thursday, 4 10h shifts, 0700-1730.
