Details Float Pool unit within an acute care hospital setting Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 or 48-hour weekly options Epic EMR experience required One holiday off may be approved, but the traveler must work the other assigned holiday Requirements Active CA RN license required Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum two years of experience in the specialty (three years for ER, ICU, Cath Lab, or OR) Recent experience in the submitted specialty within the last three months BSN and acute care facility experience preferred Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in employment history Additional Information Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process Supervises and directs nursing staff while coordinating care across disciplines Collaborates with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, humane, and effective care Participates in discharge planning to support continuity of care Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travelers No radius restriction for local candidates Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered Candidates with a prior licensure action will not be considered American Traveler Job ID P-776108.
