Details Works primarily on the Cardiac/Telemetry unit, with occasional floating to other Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders Night shift schedule, 7p-7:30a, 36 hours per week Every other weekend required No on-call requirements Requirements Active OH or compact RN license required BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips; competency testing occurs on first day Current and proficient Epic EMR experience required; refresher courses or 1:1 training not accepted Additional Information Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac/Telemetry unit with floating responsibilities to multiple Med-Surg specialty areas Competency in reading telemetry and Epic proficiency will be assessed on day one, with termination risk if standards are not met First-time travelers may be considered if they meet experience and EMR proficiency requirements American Traveler Job ID P-767082.
