Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Cheyenne, Wyoming! This opportunity offers a varied caseload across acute care and inpatient rehabilitation, working with adult patients with diverse medical, orthopedic, neurological, and traumatic conditions. Clinical Experience & Responsibilities Treat approximately 8–12 patients per day. Float between acute care and inpatient rehabilitation. Evaluate and treat adult patients with conditions including: Total hip and knee replacements and back surgeries Stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and neurological conditions Hip fractures and traumatic injuries General medical, cardiac, and orthopedic conditions Multiple sclerosis (MS) and cancer Complete emergency department evaluations to help determine discharge or admission needs.

Requirements Active Wyoming Occupational Therapist license Current BLS certification Previous acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation experience; experience in both settings is preferred. Schedule & Additional Details Choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, depending on department needs. Day shift starting at 7:30 AM.

Schedule determined by the manager; flexibility is essential. Floating day off may apply. Ceil blue scrubs required.

Orientation includes two shadowing days, followed by 2–3 days with a partial caseload.
