Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Charleston, WV. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Unit Description: 5W MedSurg Tele with 32 beds, caring for patients with cardiac, vascular, surgical, pulmonary, and telemetry conditions.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry unit. Float within scope as needed. Participate in orientation held every other week on Thursday.

Requirements: 2 years of RN experience required. 1 year of in-specialty experience preferred, but first-timers are accepted if experience requirements are met.

Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.

Certifications required: BLS/BCLS; ACLS. WV/Compact RN License required (can submit with pending RN license). 36 hours guaranteed.

RTO Restrictions: None - must include on application/profile and discuss with manager during the interview.

Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to the facility as a traveler for 2 years after the last day worked perm.

Flu Shot: Candidates who refuse the flu shot without medical proof cannot be sent. Flu vaccine is required unless documented allergy is provided.

Covid Vaccine: Not required. All submissions must include a candidate profile (work history), specialty-specific skills checklist, a minimum of 2 manager/charge references (within the past 2 years), RN license verification, driver's license, and SSN.
