Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 16 weeks Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in St. Louis, MO, specializing in Med Surg. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality care to patients with various medical conditions. This position is located on the GI/GU unit, where you will be responsible for: Providing excellent care to patients with conditions such as ostomy, colon resection, colon cancer, and bladder cancer. Maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating effectively with team members. Administering medications and managing IV therapy, including phlebotomy and central line management. Monitoring patients remotely, with a focus on telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation.

Key Responsibilities: Performing patient assessments and developing care plans. Administering blood products and managing feeding tubes. Maintaining high standards of care in a fast-paced environment. Participating in patient education and support.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience required. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

Experience with telemetry and remote monitoring preferred. Ability to work every other weekend. Must pass the Relias EKG exam.
