Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Duration: 11 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Case Manager Contract: 10 Weeks | 40 hrs/wk | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Every 3rd Weekend Setting: Acute Care / Ortho Unit | Patient Ratio: 1:25 | EMR: Epic Key Requirements: Education & Certs: BSN & CCM required for submission; active MA RN License & BLS Experience: 3–5 years of acute hospital case management, care coordination, discharge planning, and DME ordering (prior travel experience not required)
