Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel PCU/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCU/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing high-quality care to patients in a progressive care unit specializing in telemetry. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients with various medical conditions. Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patients' cardiovascular telemetry data and respond to changes in status. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about health management and discharge planning.

Schedule and Availability Shift: Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).

Weekend shifts required: 6 weekends per 6-week schedule. Floating between units is expected, with no on-call requirements.

Patient Care Ratios Expected patient-to-nurse ratio: 1:4. Special requirement for PCU that is an all Tele unit with a ratio of 1:3-4. Dress Code nurses are required to wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable, except in designated areas such as the Children's Hospital and Women's Services.

Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Experience in a progressive care or telemetry unit is preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
