Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Med/Surg–Telemetry RN — Mon Health Medical Center | ID 66051109 Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience with Med/Surg–Telemetry skills. First-time travelers accepted.

License: West Virginia or compact RN license; pending licenses accepted for submission.

Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required.

Clinical skills: Dysrhythmia interpretation, blood administration, central/PICC and peripheral line care, IV starts, oxygen therapy, wound care/wound vacs, and rapid response/code participation.

Schedule: Days, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. , with 3x12 or 4x12 options ; three weekend shifts per four-week schedule. 13-week contract , ASAP start.

Unit: 34-bed adult medical unit with telemetry; ratios 1:5–7 . Cerner charting.

Distance: Generally 100 miles from the facility ; candidates 75–100 miles away may be considered individually.

Employment eligibility: Current Vandalia Health employees are ineligible. Former permanent staff must have been separated for 2 years .

Vaccination: Flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions only; COVID vaccine not required.

Submission requirements: One PDF containing work history, specialty skills checklist, two manager/charge references from the past two years, Nursys verification pulled within two days of submission, and required certification copies. Include SSN, DOB, and all requested time off upfront .

Before starting: Complete approximately eight hours of modules and submit the full compliance file by noon Thursday before start . Missing documents may delay the start by two weeks.
