Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Dallas, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Emergency Room, Dallas, TX. This position provides emergency nursing care in a fast-paced clinical setting for a 13-week assignment. The role requires every-other-weekend scheduling, call availability, and current emergency nursing certifications.

Job Details Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; every other weekend and call responsibilities are required.

Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; temporary licenses are not accepted; at least 2 years of nursing experience and 2 years of emergency specialty experience; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the assigned documentation system is preferred.

Additional Information: Royal blue scrubs are required. Nails must be clean and healthy; artificial nails, gel nails, and similar enhancements are not permitted. Hair must be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back when shoulder-length or longer while working in the clinical area. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than earrings are not permitted.
