Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Charleston, West Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit Description This unit comprises 32 beds and serves patients with a variety of medical conditions, including: Cardiac Vascular Surgical Pulmonary Telemetry Schedule Position requires a commitment to work three 12-hour shifts per week during night hours. The schedule includes weekdays and every other weekend. Float within the scope of practice may be necessary. Orientation Orientation sessions are conducted bi-weekly on Thursdays.

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of registered nursing experience At least 1 year of in-specialty experience is required First-time travelers are welcome if experience requirements are met Certifications Required BLS/BCLS ACLS Additional Information 36 hours guaranteed per week. There are no restrictions on requested time off, but it must be included in the application/profile and discussed with the hiring manager during the interview process. COVID and Flu Vaccination Policy COVID-19 vaccination is not required.

All personnel must receive a flu shot unless they have documented medical proof of an allergy. Flu season is defined as October 1st to March 31st. Parking Parking is free for all travelers.

Charting System Proficiency in Cerner charting is preferred. Block Scheduling Blocked scheduling requests cannot be guaranteed. Travel Requirements Must adhere to the 100-mile radius rule for travel considerations.
