Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) with experience in the progressive care unit (PCU) to provide specialized cardiac care. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a cardiac geriatric population within a tertiary care regional hospital setting.

Job Details Certifications: BLS required.

Education/Experience: RN license, 2 years of experience preferred, minimum of 0 years required.

Location Requirements: Candidates must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility.

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Additional Information: Cardiac experience is mandatory, including care for patients with CP, MI, Open Heart surgeries, Watchman device, TAVR, post-cardiac cath, and post-op pacer management. Candidates should possess a positive attitude and be prepared to work in a fast-paced cardiac geriatric environment.

Submission Requirements: Candidates must have complete and clear fingerprinting and background checks prior to start, including Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting, and PA State Police Clearance.

Float: Float rotation may be required.
