Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Albuquerque, NM 87109 Start Date: November 23, 2026 Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend requirement of 4-6 shifts per 6-week period. Patient ratio of 2:1.

Highlights: 13-week travel assignment in a busy Labor and Delivery unit with 15 beds and 100-200 births per month First-time travelers welcome with appropriate experience Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more Scrubs provided by the facility Orientation provided with onsite training modules Work with neonatal and adult patient populations in a dynamic women's health environment Requirements: Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license accepted; pending licenses acceptable if obtained prior to start date) Minimum 2-3 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience preferred Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate (pending certifications acceptable)

Experience with antepartum care, vaginal deliveries, C-section circulation and recovery, triage of obstetrical patients, and external fetal monitoring Proficiency with central line maintenance, insulin drips, anticoagulation therapy, and isolation precautions Must reside outside 50-mile local radius Why Join Us?
