This position plays a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and comfort for patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster high-quality patient care. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Med/Tele setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
