Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Olympia, WA 98506 Start Date: December 1, 2026 Location: Olympia, Washington Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (06:45 - 17:15), days vary week to week based on staffing needs.

Call required: 3-4 shifts per month (weeknight overnight or 24-hour weekend shifts). Weekend coverage may be required as part of regular schedule.

Highlights: 325-bed short-term acute care facility with 18 operating rooms (14 in Main OR, 4 in Ambulatory Surgery Center) Epic charting system for streamlined documentation Comprehensive surgical specialties including general, orthopedic, thoracic, vascular, gynecological, urological, and robotic procedures 40-hour orientation to support successful onboarding 91-day travel assignment with potential for extension Opportunity to work in both Main OR and connected Ambulatory Surgery Center Requirements: Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission) Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required ACLS and BLS certifications required Epic charting experience preferred Community hospital and Trauma Level II experience preferred Scrub experience preferred Proficiency in general surgical procedures including laparoscopic cases, total joint replacements, thoracic procedures, and endoscopic surgeries Experience with Da Vinci robotic systems preferred Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Clean background check required Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
