The role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotating weekends required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, multitasker, and a team player dedicated to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Unit Information The Emergency Department consists of 48 private rooms, 27 hallway stretchers, 9 fast-track areas, and 5 behavioral health rooms, staffed by a team of 111 professionals. The unit employs both day and night shift staff with similar roles and responsibilities.

Number of Beds: 48 private rooms, 27 stretchers, 9 Fast track, 5 behavioral health Staffing: 111 total staff members Patient Ratios: 1:4 in ED, 1:5 in BH, 1:3 for cardiac/trauma cases Equipment: Alaris pumps, Belmont and Level 1 Rapid infusers, Stryker stretchers Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MEDITECH Qualifications Candidates must possess the following certifications and skills: Must Have: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS Preferred: Experience with MEDITECH, trauma, inpatient care, and CPI Typical Procedures The Emergency Room handles various procedures, including but not limited to: Splinting EKGs Central monitoring Trauma assists Central lines Airway support Behavioral health de-escalation Rapid infuser and resuscitation Work Environment The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment.
